Despite its proximity to mainland Africa, the Canary Islands are owned by Spain, and throughout my research of western Africa I have yet to see any actual mainland African civilizations conquer it. Which raises the question of if there where any. Another question, did people of the Canary Islands ever conquer land in mainland Africa?
In a strict sense no none of the pre colonial north or west african powers controlled the Canary Islands they did trade with the natives and it would make sense that private merchants may have established small trading posts at one time or another but prior to Spanish conquest there is no evidence evidence of political control by african nations over the isles
