I think you are asking about Slovenian villages not Slovakian, those are different countries.

There are mentions of Saxonian and even English villages in Bulgaria, and the Katalan company had some presence in the southern Balkans, the ottomans had already started gaining foothold on the peninsula and were moving all over the place and Wallachia was a wild mix of hungarians, bulgarians and romanians. There is a mention of bulgarian noblemen in XV th century Poland-Hungary, and also a lot of wallachian nobles were having close relationships with their neighbours.
