As the title says. She has some going back to the 40s, and she says that in the rest one or two may be missing here or there, but except for issues from the past couple of years they've all been stored in official cases.
This has got to be worth something to somebody. She's thinking about stopping her subscription and unloading, but doesn't know who would value it.
Ask schools in your area. If your neighbourhood is well-off, try a school in a less well-off area. Elementary schools especially are often looking for resources they can't afford to buy.
Check ebay and see how much people sell them for. Or she could donate them to a school or library.
