This photo is from a box of things belonging to my grandmother. The man on the Right is Rodolfo M. Fernandez, her father, a prominent civil engineer and architect from Mexico. My father believes the shorter man on the Left is Fiorello LaGuardia. But I have no provenance. I believe it to be taken in New York/Long Island circa 1930s. Can anyone help?
