The Germans did use women and children in auxiliary duties towards the end of the war. They were usually used in non-combat duties - supply, medics, runners and the like. As the Soviets and Western Allies entered German territory, the Germans did start using young children from the Hitlerjugend in Volkssturm local defence units - at times they were conscripted to front-line units, but oftren they were simply in a uniform performing rear line duties when the enemies showed up in their neighbourhood. They had been used as ammuniution carriers for AA guns and at times manned those guns when enemies arrived where they were placed.

I have not seen any accounts of the Germans mobilising and using women in warfare in any kind of combat duties though.

I'd just like to add, that in comparison with the US and UK, germany mobilised a smaller portion of its female population for war work, especially in producing war materials (they used large quantities of slave labour instead).

The focus of german propaganda directed at women in germany was to encourage motherhood, in order to supply future generations of soldiers, rather than getting women into uniform or factories. German women did not serve in any combat capacity (aside from some rare exceptions above), unlike the russians. They did not do anywhere near as much non-combatant work as women in the UK and US; the UK had a dozen or so organisations for women in uniform to help the war effort whilst a small number of women joined the whermacht in clerical positions and nursing.
