Can anybody recommend some good books about the Market Revolution (US industrial revolution 1812-1860)?

Not sure if this really fits in, but Alan Brinkley's "American History: A Survey" has a respectable amount of coverage on the subject.

Of course, it does cover all of US History and thus doesn't focus just on the Market Revolution, but Brinkley does a good job at showing the Market Revolution, it's causes and effects (especially in the South), and it's "place" in American History.
