PBS just released "The Roosevelts: An Intimate History" a seven part series by Ken Burns. It covers the personal and political lives of Theodore, Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt. There is a lot of information in the series detailing the complicated relationship between Teddy and Franklin Roosevelt.
