Hi! This image is a still from a short reel of footage donated to an archive. It takes place sometime in the 1960s in Austin, Texas. Can anyone identify the center and right men? The man on the left is definitely Texas Governor John Connally, but we're having a hard time figuring out who the man in the center is and why everyone's celebrating.
