I don't believe so, I ask a Turkish historian one time if there was any restoration movement in Turkey to bring back the Sultan similar to the one in Russia. He said there was little fondness for the royal line, especially since many of the leading members of the exiled royal family can't even speak Turkish. If there is little fondness in Istanbul I doubt you will find much of it elsewhere.
