This isn't his Medal Roll, but the index card used to catalogue his place in the Roll. He was awarded the two medals awarded to all British soldiers of the First World War. The first column lists the medal awarded - the Victory Medal and the British War Medal. The rolls were printed with the three medals that the majority of British servicemen received - the 1914/15 star was awarded solely to those who fought in France and Flanders in 1914 and 15. The second and third column are a catalogue listing describing where in the rolls the medals are entered - the 'do' is a way of entering 'ditto' if both medals are listed in the same place. He would be listed in roll 147/3, on page 95H2. This can be looked up in the National Archive's series WO 329. The (TF)RFA is his regimental designation. He was serving with a Territorial Force Royal Field Artillery regiment. This doesn't necessarily mean he was eligible for the TF War Medal - only those who were members of the Territorial Force before September 30th 1914 were eligible.
