I'm writing a paper on the Nuremberg trials. If one would look at his actions objectively, so with disregard to his enormous dickheadness, did Streicher deserved to be sentenced to death?

I think the better question you should ask is, what justification did the prosecutors at Nuremberg give for sentencing him to death?

If there is one thing a historian tries to avoid, it's editorializing history...whether or not you think he deserved death, well that should be up to you, the reader, to decide.

A second question you might ask is whether there's any good books arguing one way or the other that a historian here could refer you to.
