I think First Farmers: The Origins of Agricultural Societies by Peter Bellwood is exactly what you're looking for. It's a fairly recent (2005) synthesis of agricultural origins around the world, including the regions you mentioned.

It is worth noting that the notion of agricultural revolution(s) has broken down in recent years, and one of the reasons is because we've found that rather than starting in a few "centres" and diffusing outwards, different plant and animal species were domesticated in many different places and at many different times.
