Since Otto Von Bismarck was a champion for Democracy in Germany, which Nazi Germany attempted to turn into an evil, and also hated Socialism arguing that Socialism would be the downfall of Germany, being known as being extremely conservative, did Hitler antagonize him to the german people since hitler was more of a champion for socialism in Germany, and since he was against democracy in Germany. Also in the nazi germany 1940 film "Bismarck" they make him seem more like a villain, and turn him into this very sneaky and back stabbing character while the people in the film opposing Bismarck are painted as heroic knights for the german cause. I could not find ANYTHING about it on the internet, and I'm really interested in the topic so it nice if someone with good knowledge of this could explain. It just seems like Bismarck would have really hated hitler besides the whole conquering the world stuff. (excuse my poor english i happen to be german)
One thing to consider when answering this question is that Bismarck wasn't the great proponent of democracy he's made to look like. He even said in one of his speeches "[...] nicht durch Reden oder Majoritätsbeschlüsse werden die großen Fragen der Zeit entschieden – das ist der große Fehler von 1848 und 1849 gewesen" referencing the failed attempts of overthrowing the monarchy of 1848, and outright doubting the abiity of a democraty to act in an appropriate manner for the environment of the time.
The answer to your question might come from a 1924 election poster by the Deutschnationale Volkspartei, a party on the far right of the political spectrum, later to collaborate closely with the NSDAP, in which they put Bismarck into the center of the image, with him signifying the monarchic tradition of Germany, and, to some degree, alongside the rising sun as a symbol for the "Platz an der Sonne"-rhethoric of Bismarck, the imperialistic aspirations of the young nation. This to me supports the opinion that – at least in the early stages of Nazionalsozialismus in Germany – Bismarck was held in high regard among the politically right circles of German sociaty.
