Now this is an interesting specimen. Its original colors (or actually, camouflage) seems to have faded over the years or been chipped away somehow - but it's nothing more than a WWI-vintage Stahlhelm as used by the Imperial German Army. I can't tell which precise model (it was first issued in 1916) it is, but the faded signs of camouflage painting makes it a very fascinating object.
