I'm not sure I understand. Are you asking what Orthodox (Byzantine or Varangian) knights were like? An expert on that culture can comment, but I don't believe any kind of a hereditary aristocratic warrior class similar to the western European knight had developed at that time; knighthood itself was in its infancy as an institution in France and, to lesser extent, England, Germany, and Spain.
