Can the OP clarify what effects he's asking about?

The Beer Hall Putsch did indeed have rippling effects in regards to Hitler, and the National Socialist Party's, rise to power. Hitler said, speaking of the putsch as chancellor, "Before the march to the Feldherrnhalle I had seventy or eighty thousand followers. After this march I had two million." This is perhaps an exaggeration, but it is at least telling of the circumstances before and after.

The Beer Hall Putsch itself ended with Hitler in jail and the Nazi party severely weakened. Without the charismatic leader at the head the regional entities were moving a bit more and trying to push their own agendas. However, Hitler was able to maintain party stability through all this despite being in jail. The party not falling apart during this time, when it so easily could have is very significant. There was already a divide in the party at this time. There were many who were in northern cities who did not think that Munich could be the home for the movement and wanted the headquarters moved to Thuringia. It is a feat of particular consideration that the party was held together and in the same place through all this.

Hitler also learned an important lesson at this time. He learned that he would have to go through legal means to obtain power. This is seen quite evidently in his actions after getting released from prison. He turns then from attempting a coup to rising through the system. Hitler also wrote Mein Kampf while he was in prison. This was a massively popular book at the time, everyone had a copy. This was an incredibly influential book not only in Munich but throughout the Weimar Republic.
