I only got a partial answer, having only mostly studied French army History.
Basically, the ally tooks it and sold it/used it.

A lot of the intact armor chassis were used by the French Army that needed to rebuild FAST in case the conflict would escalate further with the russians. French army doctrine was (and is still) based on light tanks with huge guns. So a lot of the 1945 to 1950's french armored army was basically panther chassis with a lot of different huge guns. (Mostly 90mm and the AML 46 variant). Along those were older french recaptured design and Lend-Lease american armor. All of these heteroclite assembly was replaced later by the Amx 13 in the early 50's, but I disgress.

The planes, being exported much more easily (they fly), could be found all over the world in the aftermath of the conflict. For example, the first Israelo Arab war was fought between Israelis on refitted Czechoslovak BF 109 (Avia S-199) vs Egyptian English and American planes.

Also, the Ally DID NOT dissolve the Wehrmacht directly after the war, but only a year or so after. This way, not much random looting occured.

Overall, most of the heavy gear was destroyed by the war before and had already beend re-used by the ally. The stuff still in working condition was either used by the french, kept for studies, or sufferd the same fate of the mass of weapon that had to be refitted after WWII : remelted for civilian uses.
