Yes and no. Mostly no.

That there are parallels with other stories is without doubt. Showing dependence on them is much harder. The similarities thing was very popular in the past (and still is on the fringes) but isn't an accepted part of modern scholarship. I've talked about parallelism a few days ago and it would be worthwhile reading the paper indicated in it. Yes, the Babylonians have 7 but it's used completely differently than how the Israelites use it and that's exactly the problem.

Many of the other points are made bigger than they need to. Any people group is going to use words from the culture in which they live, soshabbat might have some dependance on sabbatu but there's just no way of proving it beyond doubt. What the Jews mean by Sabbath is not what the Assyrians or Babylonians meant by Sabbath.
