Was divorce with Katherine of Aragon the only reason Henry VIII decided to break away from the catholic church, or did he feel that the pope was wrong?

As I understand it, Henry was theologically conservative. He wasn't planning a radical Protestant reformation. However the people who advised him had a variety of agendas. While his need for an annulment was the main factor, the break with Rome also allowed him to curb the power of the English church and seize a great deal of wealth so there was a realpolitik as well.
