It is a little difficult to talk about a singular "Chinese civilization" (much like we cannot talk about an "Indian Civilization) at this time, but there were sophisticated urbanized cultures along the Yellow and Yangtze Rivers, most famously the Shijiahe culture of the middle Yangtze and Longshan of the middle Yellow. One thing that marks this period (the Chinese Neolithic--bronze technology developed somewhat later in China than in India and the Near East) is its great cultural diversity. In the Chinese Bronze Age we can talk about centers and peripheries and the emerging development of "China" as a category, but we really can't for the Neolithic.

The Indus Valley Civilization is a long and wide time range, but around that time is the Xia dynasty in China, the first dynasty from about 4,300 years ago.
