What crops were commonly grown in the late stone age?

Essentially, I need to know what crops were most commonly grown at that period and why. Sorry for grammar, posting from phone.

Where? When? There are huge differences in the beginning of the Neolithic in the Near East, 10.000 BC (emmer and einkorn wheat, barley, flax), or the end of the Neolithic in Britain, 1800 BC (basically everything we grow today). Neolithic China has its own important crops as well. Papaver was an important crop in Early Neolithic France. You need to be a bit more specific.
