Plenty.

Robert Rogers has a diary for the F&I War. You'll find a lot of officers had journals and writings that have been collected, including John Forbes, Henry Bouquet, George Washington, etc.

As for the War of Independence, there's a lot more. I think the most prominent one of the bunch is the diary by Joseph Plumb Martin. Also, David Fanning, a loyalist soldier. And then you have memoirs from soldiers, but a lot were written years and years later in the 19th century as parts of pension applications.

I think the two you want to start out with are Martin and Rogers. They don't have as much of the "boring" and mundane stuff the officers have to write about, unless you really want that. I can't link you anything because mobile, but I suggest checking out Archive.org for those readings.
