Are you interested in any part of Europe in particular? Because you give a rather large timeframe and a vast area, so, to put it bluntly, a whole lot of stuff was going on. If you can specify a little as to which areas you're most interested in, I wager that more people would be willing to take up the task of answering, myself included.
