I gathered that the 2 big medals are the World War I Victory Medal and the MO Service medal, But I am at a loss for the others, like the different variants of the Prop and Wings insignias.
The propellor and wing design is the insignia of the Army Air Corps, it was worn on the lapel, like the infantryman's crossed rifles. I have no idea when it came into service.
