It is January 1944, What military/economic/political decisions could Hitler have made to extend the war into 1946?

He would have to build a time machine and go back far enough to convince his earlier self to stop declaring war on nations that individually and collectively outproduced the German economy. Given his obsession with attacking Russia, perhaps he could arrange for his 1944 self to be imprisoned with his 1920's self, but the January 1944 Hitler was still convinced that he was in the right. So even with a time machine, Hitler is thankfully doomed.

Why doomed? When you declare war on the UK, USSR, and US when you don't have the means to knock any of the three out of the war, you end up fighting at a massive disadvantage in men and material. Each of these decisions were dictated by Hitler's ideology--which was well established long before January of 1944. In Hitler's ideology, Germany had to go to war to reclaim what was rightfully hers, a two front war had to be avoided (though he later ditched this dictum) so France and the UK had to be neutralized, Russia had to be invaded to destroy communism and secure lebensraum and would easily fall once invaded, and more. Germany had no means to knock the UK out of the war (strategic bombing and the Battle of the Atlantic were battles of attrition that neither the Luftwaffe nor the Kriegsmarine could win) and the logistics of invading Russia were atrocious. Add in the US and its astronomical production as another enemy and January 1944 was long past the point of no return.
