Egypt in the Age of Cleopatra: History and Society under the Ptolemies by Michael Chauveau was pretty good. It's focus is on the end of the dynasty, but there is quite a bit about the whole Ptolemaic dynasty and the interaction between the Macedonian and Egyptian cultures.
