If a group of white people with common facial features travel back to Medieval times, will they look foreign and catch the folks' attention easily?

In general, are there noticeable facial differences between contemporary white people and their ancestors in Medieval times?

Keep in mind that "white" is a social construct that did not exist in the middle ages. A group of Italian Americans who identify as white would probably look a little different from the people of a 10th century Icelandic farm.
