Does anyone recognize the gentleman in this picture?

Would love to know more about this picture. http://imgur.com/JVEmlEP

This is from a previous search initiated in:

and then posted in /r/fashionhistory http://www.reddit.com/r/fashionhistory/comments/2s3edf/recognize_the_period_of_gents_clothing_trying_to/

I received great responses from those posts which I shared with my mom, and she asked if we could find out more about this print. She found the print inside a heavy folder of other documents belonging to her great-grandfather (b. 1833) among other things in a chest that belonged to her great-grandmother.

I'm adding some information in response to a message I received from a Redditor asking for the tiny print and writing at the bottom. I don't have anything with a greater magnification than from some +2.75 readers I found around the house. My apologies.

What does the writing at the bottom say? JF Lambert FP Engleheart June 1862 In what country was my family during that time? They were in what is now south Texas and northern Mexico.

There is also another number at the bottom right hand corner that says 1843-9. Above that, it says, "Grunewald & Cooke."
