Sweden also have a somewhat good relationship with NK, mostly because they owe us a huge ammount of money but they have not paid anything for decades. This was the main reason to establish an embasy, to have someone to keep track of the debt. The Swedish embassy was for a long time the only embassy from a western country in NK.
