I'm a graduate student and I'm feeling a bit lost with my research topic. If anyone here has formal training (graduate level) I could really use some help. I'm constructing a survey of scholarship on women's bodies in early New England and I have a few questions about crafting such a large project.
I'm not a grad student, but I work at a museum and specialize in women's 18th century garments (and wear them almost every day). Are you looking for references to women's bodies in general, medically, or more specific attributes like shape, posture, etc? Also, I work with a few people who have gone through grad school recently on similar topics and can certainly get you in touch with them.
