Was the information aquired by the United States from the human experiements conducted by the japanese useful?

Considering a bunch of high profile characters got away with quite horrible human experiementation in exchange for the US taking part of that information I assume it must've been at least a bit useful yet I've never heard of anything being learned.

While I too am not personally aware of what research notes were utilized by the US, keep in mind that a major goal was to deny these research materials from the Soviets. MacArthur was a bit of an anti-communist (one of his earlier actions was to crush the Bonus Army, as he believed there were communist elements) and his role in SCAP gave him essentially full control over handling the Japanese occupation and the wrapping up of the war.
