my father was telling me that before the soviet invasion every bomb blast that happened in pakistan wasn't pinned on indian RAW intelligence agency only. there used to be an other intelligence agency that was also responsible for some deadly killing in pakistan and that was the KHAD of the afghanistan , and the major impetus for the support of the taliban was fueled by the past history btw the khad and pakistan. i was looking into some books for that matter and i would love if you can point me out to the books that describe the relations btw afghanistan and pakistan from its inception. PS:sorry for my bad english, its not my mother tongue.
Here are a few. None of them focus specifically on this, but all of them include some stuff on it.
Magnificent Delusions: Pakistan, the United States, and an Epic History of Misunderstanding
Fountainhead of Jihad: The Haqqani Nexus, 1973-2012
Afghanistan and the Soviet Union
None of these are quite as in depth as you would like, but they all go into some level of detail on it.
