Specifically I would like to know what roll they played in the development of India's nuclear program in the 1970's, The Bangladeshi war of Independence, their involvement in the creation of the LTTE in Sri Lanka, as well as the assimilation of Assam Sikkim in to India.
I am not sure if some of the questions above are correct/meaningful, for instance Assam has been part of India since the British Raj, well before RAW existed.
Similarly, India had sent a portion of its army to Sri Lanka to fight the LTTE. So, if RAW supported the creation of LTTE, it was going against the mandate of its own government.
