Probably not, as "most" and "least" are hugely subjective terms. For example, the Victorians spent a lot of time thinking and talking about sex, but in a fashion more repressive and covert than was done in the 18th century. Which people spent more of their time thinking about sex? It's hard to say.
Things rarely move in a single scale, as well. Someone from Revolutionary New York City would likely be confused and horrified by our open acceptance of homosexuality, but find strip clubs tame and boring compared to a brothel from the period.
Could you be more specific by what you mean by "sexual?" That itself is a pretty big word.
