This video claims a lot of things that are quite different from what is believed to be most efficient and effective in modern western archery, and speaks a lot about historical manuscripts and images, also showing them to prove the point, but the images could be easily manipulated and the manuscripts could be hard to find and thus contest their claims, so I wonder if there's anybody here that possesses the knowledge to confirm or disprove what is said in the video.
