Here's the video for context: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEG-ly9tQGk For those who can't view it, the style of archery seems to be focused on short range speed and accuracy (rather than the power and reach of long range volleys), and includes nocking the arrows on the right side of the bow, holding arrows in the drawing hand and the ability to fire the bow with either arm. Is there any evidence to support the claims made in the video, and was this used at all in medieval warfare?
