What terms were the Central Powers seeking to impose on the Allies?
What terms? None, really. They just wanted peace; America was coming into the fray and with 50 divisions freed up from the East they wanted to throw everything they had West to force the French in particular into armistice. The hope was that with a rapid seizure of Paris and encirclement of British they wouldn't per se "win" (10,000 American soldiers flooding into France per day attested a different story) but they just wanted to cause enough damage that they would at least put a pause to the fighting and diplomacy could reign.
The German people were starving, were melting down park benches for ammunition, and had revolution flaring up across their country; especially as 1918 dragged on. They didn't want positive terms and may have even accepted partially negative terms but they, most of all, just wanted armistice on their own terms so the fighting could stop and they could go to the negotiating table with at least a bit of a leg to stand on.
