Can you please add a description to your post to clarify a little bit more what you mean?
Erlitou in China is a site that is associated with the Xia dynasty and more traditionally the Erlitou culture, they are both Neolithic cultures.
Also there was a spectacular find in Sichuan province at a site called Sanxingdui, where they found before unknown remnants of a culture which buried great amounts of spectacular bronze objects.
China has probably still many yet unknown sites which once were urban centres. Archaeology is a relatively young science in China and much remains unexplored as of now.
