Why were there no Nazi partisans still fighting after Germany surrendered?

There was the French and Polish underground resistance movements that continued for years after the original countries were vanquished; how come there didn't seem to be any Nazi resistance movements against the Allied occupiers?

Because the were absolutely defeated. There was just nothing left.

Operation Werwolf was exactly what you were asking, they were people built up to continue underground resistance against the Allies after the fall. They didn't do too much, but they actually were a thought for the allies during the occupation.

A bit different. NATO actually armed Nazis and ex-Nazis as fallback underground troops in case of war with the Soviet Union.
