Have you tried going to a library and checking out some history books about the Black Death?

Try using Google Scholar to search for academic articles on the Black Death.

Check some history books such as Benedictow, Ole J. The Black Death, 1346-1353: The Complete History. Woodbridge, Suffolk, UK: Boydell Press, 2004

or

The Black Death: Natural and Human Disaster in Medieval Europe. Paw Prints, 2008.

The Internet is a huge place, and it can be hard to find good information sometimes if you aren't sure where to look.

If you have a candidate, such as Anne of Bohemia or Eleanor of Portugal, but you don't know where they died, try researching them, and see if you can find a biography or some biographical information. You may need to combine a few sources of information to complete the assignment.
