I don't know that I've seen any total number off the top of my head, you've have to sit down and count them yourself I'd think! You'd also have to decide how to deal with incomplete destruction, many fires only mostly destroyed the opera house; the 1789 fire for the King's Theater in London for example had apparently enough materials left for some of them to be used in the new building, not to the building's structural benefit.
