There really is no good way to answer this question without speculation. The only records we have of any of Jesus' actions as a teenager or young adult are found in Luke 2:41-52, where it is demonstrated that Jesus had an intimate knowledge of Scripture and theology at an early age. This is it. There are no extrabiblical documents extant that record any of Jesus' actions prior to his ministry.
