Not sure if this is the place for this but I recently came into position of an old Air Force Officers Uniform and Yale Jacket with a little bit of history attached, but now need some help in finding a home for it. Any ideas?

I was given the Yale Jacket and Air force Uniform by the family of a man who was in my care and has since passed. He graduated Yale in sometime in the 1920s and was also a center for the Yale Basketball team. He then went on to help out with the war effort by joining the Air Force and I am told that he worked on the Atom bomb as a Lead engineer. I have a problem now though and am moving out of the country and can no longer hold onto it and the family already told me that they would throw it away if they got it back. Any ideas as to where it could be donated to or the value that it may hold would be much appreciated.

Contact Yale--maybe their athletic department will want it? My undergrad always loved touting its athletes that went on to do big things academically, and we were just a D3 liberal arts.
