If the Canaanite genocide that is spoken of in the bible is to be believed then yes they did. But I guess it could be argued those people were Hebrews. Not sure if the event is considered historically accurate though.

The historian Dio Cassius reports that, during the Kitos war in 114, they slaughtered 200.000 people in Cyrene in Norhtern Africa, and about 240.000 Greeks in Cyprus, although the exact numbers are, as always in history, up for discussion. Jews were subsequently banned from setting foot on Cyprus.
