Seeing how the NDH was nationalistic, doesn't signing the Rome contracts that validated Treaty of Rapallo ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaty_of_Rapallo_(1920) ) granting Italy large parts of Croatia seem hypocritic and against the core beliefs?
