Are there any events where native peoples contributed to the destruction of European empires/colonies in America?

I'm not sure how big of an event you are looking for, but there is the Pueblo Indian revolt in 1680. A collection of Pueblos in what is now modern day New Mexico led by Popé from San Juan Pueblo rose up against the Spanish colonial government. The Pueblos killed around 400 Spanish with another 1900 or so fleeing to El Paso. The Pueblos were free from Spanish rule for 12 years when they returned and made peace with the Pueblos in return for protection from the Navajo and Apache raiding from the north.

Native Americans were auxiliaries in most of the armies in the North American colonies, part of the reason we call our part of the Seven Years' War the French and Indian War.

For example, the majority of the French forces that defeated the British at The Battle of the Monongahela were natives.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but Ethiopian irregulars - aided by Commonwealth troops - certainly contributed towards bringing an end to the Italian colonial regime and in many cases fought against the colonists' guerrilla; these were, however, aided by the Azebò Galla - another people who had a historical enmity with the Ethiopians - as well by other 'colonials' (Eritreans in primis).
