Were there any foods that were reserved for only the ruling class in the early Roman Empire?

There were periodic Roman sumptuary laws, but as far as I can recall none of them restricted food or private consumption. Togas were restricted to citizens and purple stripes to senators, but these were about restricting public display. The concern of these laws was to prevent someone from impersonating and this assuming the authority of those with high office. They were concerned with political matters.
