In his Video "a new level of archery" Lars Andersen claims that our views of archery in former times are wrong. What do you think of his claims?

I have not found any third party validation, but most of it looks pretty solid too me ( bear in mind i have no knowledge about archery). I furthermore think that his skill is certainly impressive and some of his claims sound pretty solid, but i am still very skeptical.
