Since the formation of Israel, what lasting positive impact has Western intervention in the Middle East had?

Unfortunately, I'm going to just tell you there is no way to answer this question.

It requires working with counterfactuals. How can I know if Western intervention did something good, when we don't know if non-intervention would have done better? We can't, unfortunately. This is a political, not a historical question.

Further, this is way, way too broad. It's a "throughout history" question (because it focuses on 60+ years of extremely fraught history), it doesn't specify any issue to talk about, and it's generally just too wide for a real response. You should consider reasking about specific events, and what direct effects we can observe: not whether the impact is overall positive.
