They are British Army Royal Ordnance Corps. The one on the left with two crossed swords is the 21st Army Group, if it was from after 1945 they were renamed as HQ British Army on the Rhine.

My guess for the other, tatty one is that it refers to a base. Couldn't tell you which one though.
